Polk County, NC is welcoming to any new or moving farm enterprise and we would be glad to assist in any manner we can in helping you implement a new farm. There are opportunities for young farmers to start farms utilizing land leases, sharecropping, and more. Polk County is a community that supports agriculture and a haven for new farms.

We hold regular volunteer workdays on Wednesday Afternoons.
